About Circle M Construction

Our Beginnings

In 1983 after working for a family owned lumber company for twenty years, Robert Miller decided to form his own company specializing in concrete construction. While working in the lumber business Mr. Miller had served as a general contractor on hundreds of new homes, agricultural confinement buildings and numerous other commercial projects. Mr. Miller had also previously controlled the budget for a wing in the US Air Force which helped to make estimating for construction projects relatively easy.

Circle M Construction was orignally based in Warsaw, Indiana but was traveling to several different states for regular work. In 1986 we were engaged to install the concrete work for a nine building agricultrual building poject at Eli Lilly's Greenfield, Indiana facility. With the close proximity to Indianapolis Circle M Construction became engaged in numerous commercial projects in the Indianapolis area, upon which we decided to move our headquarters to Indy to cut down on travel time.

Our Philosophy

Circle M Construction was formed with the philosophy that all work should be completed correctly the first time and within the time frame needed by our customers which has earned us a reputation over the years of getting tough jobs done on time and within budget. That is what inspired our slogan "The Circle of Satisfaction." We believe that all of our customers along with the architect, engineers and oursleves should be satisfied with the overall quality of work, job performance and longevity of our finished product. We take pride in our work and enjoy being able to look our customers in the eye and call them our friends.

Our goal has been and still remains to have a strong, quality oriented, vibrant, loyal, hard working, adapting company that will endure for generations to come with energetic, quality focused, honest employeees that always satisfy the customers desires first.
